Refund, replacement and cancellations terms
The Asian Art Newspaper accepts cancellation for annual subscriptions with one month's notice and will refund the percentage of the subscription left to run, a minium cost of £20 for administration will be charged. We cannot pay refunds on single issue purchases. Refunds on annual CDs will only be given in the CD is returned to us without damage with an administration charge to cover costs.
The Asian Art Newspaper will replace any faulty issue on receipt of the product in question.
We only accept claims of non-delivery of goods within one month of purchase, or one month after publication date for print editions. We only accept claims of non-delivery within two weeks for CDs.
